1. Which districts do we deliver to?
Delivery is available island wide at no additional cost. Delivery to the Sister Islands is also available.
2. How long are delivery times? How do I know my delivery date and time?
Orders based in Grand Cayman are delivered within 24 hours of confirming the order. Pickup option is also available between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. in the George Town area. Before checkout, please be sure to select the delivery/pickup date and time that is most convenient to you.
Sister Islands orders are delivered within 3 days of confirming the order.

Provide your order number and we will arrange a delivery/pickup date and time that works best for you ***
3. What are the cut off times for same day delivery?
Orders must be placed before 3 p.m. to be eligible for same day delivery.
*Exceptions may be made depending on the circumstances.
4. What is the delivery/pick-up schedule?
Monday to Saturday - 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Sundays - 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Daily Lunch time G.T deliveries also available.

***Daytime deliveries are sometimes added due to increased demands.

NOTE: Orders not picked up/delivered within 3 days of placing the order will be automatically cancelled.
5. What forms of payment do we accept?
We accept EFT, debit/credit card and cash on delivery.
We also accept payment in USD currency, and our conversion rate is .80.
6. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible if you haven't received your package within 3 business days. If it's been less than 3 days and you haven't received your order, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the details of the cancellation. We'll complete the cancellation.
