1. Which districts do we deliver to?

Delivery is available island wide. Delivery within the Savannah to central Georgetown area is free once order total exceeds $35, while delivery outside of these areas are available at an additional cost of $5.

2. How long are delivery times? How do I know my delivery date and time?

Orders based in Grand Cayman are delivered within 24 hours of confirming the order.  Pickup option is also available between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. in the George Town area. Before checkout, please be sure to select the delivery/pickup date and time that is most convenient to you.

Sister Islands orders are delivered within 3 days of confirming the order.

*** If for any reason you are not prompted to select a delivery/pick-up date and time before checkout, please send an email to sales@searchcaymanretail.com as soon as possible after completing the payment. Provide your order number and we will arrange a delivery/pickup date and time that works best for you ***

 3. What are the cut off times for same day delivery?

Orders must be placed before 8am  to be eligible for same day delivery. Alternatively, orders will be delivered the following day.

*Exceptions may be made depending on the circumstances.

 4. What is the delivery/pick-up schedule?

Delivery:

Monday to Saturday - 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Sundays - 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Daily Lunch time G.T deliveries also available.

***Choose your delivery/pick-up date and time before checkout. 

***Daytime deliveries are sometimes added due to increased demands.

***Holiday delivery schedule might be different.

Pickup:

Monday to Friday- 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the George Town area.

NOTE: Orders not picked up/delivered within 3 days of placing the order will be automatically cancelled.

 5. What forms of payment do we accept?

We accept EFT, debit/credit card and cash on delivery. 

We also accept payment in USD currency, and our conversion rate is .80

 6. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you haven't received your package within 3 business days. If it's been less than 3 days and you haven't received your order, send us an email at sales@searchcaymanretail.com explaining the details of the cancellation. We'll complete the cancellation.
